Co-Founder & Co-Director

Will is a family medicine physician who practices and teaches medicine and researches shame at the Duke University School of Medicine.

Luna Dolezal, PhD
Co-Founder & Co-Director

Luna is an academic philosopher who researches shame and leads the Shame and Medicine project at the University of Exeter.

James Woodhams, PhD
Director of Development

James is a PhD-trained jack of all trades who supports The Shame Lab in developing the sustainability, reach, and impact of its work. 

Anna Gillions, MSc
Projet Lead

Anna is leading the development of Shame Competence and Domestic Violence training for the Devon & Cornwell Police

Director of Marketing

Chay is behind the marketing and social media of The Shame Lab and coordinates training delivery.
