View & Listen | Reflect | Discuss | Engage

As common as shame is, openly acknowledging it can be difficult. Shame is a personal and painful emotion, and avoiding its presence is often easier than engaging with it. This is what we hopeto overcome by creating accessible, thought-provoking resources that facilitate reflection, discussion, and open forums about this emotion.

How to engage:

Engage with

The Shame Space

The Shame Space is the engagement hub of The Shame Lab. It includes free, high-impact creative modalities to explore shame, including documentary film, graphic medicine, & audio storytelling.
